Mrs. Ward
Hello and welcome friends of Mrs. Ward (A.K.A. Miss Jodi),
I am excited to be returning to St. A's beginning my 21st year as the first grade teacher! I am truly blessed to have been working here for all these years. It has been God's plan for me to be a teacher at St. Athanasius and through his guidance he has returned me to the first grade classroom. My philosophy is to teach with God at the center of everything. I use a variety of teaching techniques that can reach and help all the students in my class. I motivate my students through routines, procedures, positive reinforcements and hard work. I enstill in my students an attitude that they can do anything as long as they try! All of the students who have walked through my door were OWLS; Outstanding, Wonderful, Learners! Any students who has walked through my door from first grade and beyond will always be one of Mrs. Ward's owls!
